I was driving out to Pitt Meadows for my high school reunion and saw the strangest sight..a guy wearing skinny jeans with a baggy butt and I mean baggy, the waistband was halfway down his ass. Was he trying to do 2 trends at once..the hipster and the gangster?? If so I don't think it's working. I wanted to stop the car and offer to get him a belt!
I went out to Old Navy and Superstore the other day, they are my 2 favourite cheap stores..I can get tons of trendy clothes at really good prices, I buy a lot of clothes so it helps when I can buy a bunch for way less. I can't help myself when it comes to dresses, that's all I look at, I bought 3 this time, although I do have to say 2 of them are very basic and will work for a couple of years, the other one is just fun. I have a problem and need to get some kind of treatment for it!
Went to the beach on Wednesday and burnt my legs, I wanted to get at least a bit of sun on them considering I have white, white, white legs that never tan when my upper half tans super easy. I was happy to get the burn even though it did make sitting and standing a bit difficult for a couple of days. I looked at them the next day and realized my mistake....I have a big white spot on my knees!! I guess I have some rough spots on my knees!! Long dresses have been the staple since then lol.
Watched To Have and Have Not last night, Lauren Bacalls first film and the movie where she and Humphrey Bogart fell in love. I have never seen it the full way through and didn't realize that Lauren sang in it, it's a great movie and made me wonder why I haven't been watching TCM like I used to. I am a big junkie of classic film, dramas and musicals and TCM fills my needs.
